WILFRED
Father, life coach, execution specialist and motivational speaker
​Wilfred A. Bolds Jr. was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He is married to Angela Bolds and is a father of three wonderful sons, Oshea, Cameron, and Cannon. In the early 2000’s before marrying, he found himself homeless on the streets of Mobile, Alabama living in his truck. It was at that moment that he truly became a changed man.
He would later go on to marry his beautiful wife and
become a youth minister mentoring inner-city youth. As a part of his educational experience, he would be acknowledged as the overall outstanding apprentice over every craft (Class of 2011) of the Huntington Ingalls Industries Apprentice Program. Wilfred was honored by the US Navy and Huntington Ingalls Industries
with becoming the first ever apprentice to authenticate the keel of a US Military Ship in 2012.
He became the first ever apprentice in the history of the company, established in 1939, to have his name affixed to a military ship (LPD 26 John P Murtha). He would then go on to attain his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of South Alabama becoming a Stress Analysis Engineer and Apprentice Instructor/Trainer.

my breakthrough
In 2003, I found myself homeless and living in my truck. A combination of bad decisions and not really knowing who I was landed me there. It was when I was living in that truck and not being of any good to anyone, that I realized that something had to change. I realized that I had to learn how to add value.
I had to be accountable for my actions and take responsibility for my decisions. I had two sons at the time. So that means I wasn’t able to provide at all for any of them while being homeless. I needed to get my life together. So I began to put together all of the lessons I had been taught by different individuals especially the ones taught by my dad, make sense of them and apply
them.
I began identifying my authentic skill sets and applying them where they were needed. Doors began to open for me that I didn’t even know were there. I finally got to a point where I truly began to add value.
my mission
My mission within Bold Coaching & Consulting is to help individuals master themselves so that they can execute their goals while providing the necessary tools to navigate through life. That is… to help individuals fully understand who they are and what value they can bring to the market place so they can navigate life with clarity.

One can gain the tools needed to live life through their dominate hand. One will be able to understand what their niche is both professionally and personally and operate in it.
As a result, they will understand how to
authentically bring value where ever they are. This results in financial benefits, healthy relationships and
increased physical health.
